ABOUT NIKKI

Nikki Kloeppel is a Storyteller, Coach and Motivator. She creates transformational changes in thoughts, interactions, and behaviors so people can find more joy in their own lives and truly inspire people. 

Nikki has been the Global Account Manager and liaison between Microsoft and Dale Carnegie Training since 2002. She has taught programs to over 10,000 people and heard over 50,000 examples of influence, success, and happiness.

Nikki is an Educator with The Gottman Institute and teaches workshops and retreats on 7 Principles of Making Marriage Work.

Nikki is the host of the podcast Practical Wisdom Stories and talk show Soul Searching.

She shares these best practices to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Nikki is interactive and funny and her high energy keeps learners engaged and achieving performance shifts even in large groups and time phased programs.

Nikki has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a Psychology minor from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.
